If the order status is cancelled / pending that particular order will not be taken by us even the Amount is debited from the account initially. In such case customer can wait for 15-20 min and check for any change in the status i.e. Ready to Batch this will happen only if Payment Gateway has authorised the Payment. If the status is still cancelled / pending even after the wait time, customer can place the order again if it is urgent or need to wait till we receive the record of that order from CCAvenue (Payment Gateway). This may take 2-4 days for us to receive the record for cancelled / pending orders. If the Record for the Cancelled / pending order is received it will be reversed to the customer bank account or will be added to the wallet as per the customer's convenience.

My Account
After completing the registration form, mobile number will be verified with OTP (you can click RESEND OTP if you didn't receive the OTP sms) and then the confirmation mail will be sent to the registered E-mail ID. You have to confirm the account by clicking 'CONFIRM ACCCOUNT' button found in the confirmation mail. This confirmation mail will be in the inbox or it will be in the Promotion / Updates tab or in Spam if your mail account is a gmail account. Once you confirm your account it will take 24 hours for admin verification. You will be receiving a call from us asking for the details about your firm, once the details are found to be authentic and satisfactory the account will be activated. You can login only after the account confirmation done from our side. We strongly recommend that the our customer must be a Printers / Designers with Good knowledge in Offset Printing.
The email address that you have register with us is your Login ID, this ID cannot be changed or edited. If you need to use a different email address you will need to create a new online account with the desired address.
If you know your e-mail address, but have forgotten your password, Click "Forgot Your Password?" below Login button in Home page. A new page appears to retrieve your password, there you can enter your registered e-mail ID and Captcha, after click "Submit" button you will get a message "If there is an account associated with XXXXXXX@XXXX.com you will receive an email with a link to reset your password". You will be receiving a mail to your e-mail address, in that mail you can see a "RESET PASSWORD" button. After clicking "RESET PASSWORD" button you will be redirected to our website, there you can type the new password two times and then click "RESET A PASSWORD" button. Finally your password will be reset.
To update your account information, go to My Account and click Account Dashboard or Account Information to update the details. You can adjust your Name, Password and subscribe for our newsletter and updates. Note that the email attached to the account cannot be changed. If you need to use another email address you will need to create a new online account.
File for Printing
To add a Product or item to the cart, click "Products Category" from that dropdown menu you can select the item that you want and then add file for printing as per the specified dimension. There you can change the quantity that is required in "Qty" field. By clicking the "Add to Cart" button, you will get a message that your item was added to your shopping cart. After click the cart you can see the items that you have added.
CDR format is not allowed. PDF, JPEG and PNG are the formats that are allowed to upload in our Website. PDF is your recommended format for Good results.
To view the contents of your cart, click on the "Cart" icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. You can see the shopping cart with the list of the products you have added if any. From there you can delete the products or items, you can change the quantity and you can even empty the cart.
First, click on the "Cart" in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to shopping cart there you can view all the items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the bin icon shown at the last column next to subtotal. Finally your items will be removed from the cart. You can also remove all the items in the cart by clicking "Empty Cart" button.
First, click on the "Cart" in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to shopping cart there you can view all items currently in your cart, as well as the quantities that you have chosen for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move your cursor to the box that appears under the "Qty" header for this item and type in the quantity desired, then click the "Update" button. Once you do this, the quantity and associated amount will be automatically changed and reflects the correct amount in the subtotal.
After you complete the checkout process, a page will appear on your screen showing the message "YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE" and your order number will be shown. Order number starts with the alphabet "M". This order number is so important to know the status.
You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order.
Shree Maruthi Printers is a print only service and does not make any changes in the Customer files. If you have any changes in the art-work after placing an order, you can call our Online Customer Helpline and can cancel the order if Set not taken. Cancelled order amount will be refund to wallet and then you can place the order again with the new corrected design using the amount in the wallet.
There is no re-order facility. You need to upload the files in the site and need to place it as usual.
Shree Maruthi Printers receives the order through online from the Customers. Only for the Products that are not available in the website you can place the orders through Email. You can get the quotation from the quotation section and Art-work can be sent through Email with the payment challan / screenshot attached with it. Refer Contact Us page for Quotation section contact number and Email ID.

Payment & Billing
First option is to pay on account that is using wallet and second option is using Credit/Debit card, Internet banking that is through payment gateway.
There are two options to add amount to your wallet. One is to do NEFT/RTGS to our banking account. In this case you have to take the screenshot of the success transaction of NEFT/RTGS and it is to be uploaded in "Add Wallet Challan". Another option is to deposit amount to our bank account by directly going to bank, here you have to scan / take photo of the counter slip of your payment and that file has to be uploaded in "Add Wallet Challan". You can find "Add Wallet Challan" option in My Account -> My Wallet. Challan has to be verified by our Accounts Department. It takes four hours from the time of challan upload for the amount to credit in your wallet. It is recommended to upload the challan before 4:30PM, else the amount will be credited to the wallet by the next day.
Sure you can. Please use the Bank account details given in My Account -> My Wallet -> Add Wallet Challan to send your payment. After send the amount, you need the take the Screenshot of the Success Payment and need to upload the challan in the same page (Add Wallet Challan page). Challan has to be verified by our Accounts Department. It takes four hours from the time of challan upload for the amount to credit in your wallet. It is recommended to upload the challan before 4:30PM, else the amount will be credited to the wallet by the next day.
Shree Maruthi Printers uses a 3rd party merchant service to process all credit card / debit card / internet banking payments, so no payment information is stored on Shree Maruthi Printers's side. Each order placed requires that you re-enter your payment information.

Prices are available near the products in the website. For orders with custom request please submit your specifications to our quotation mail ID available in Contact us page and then the price quote will be mailed you back by the team.
The order confirmation will be emailed to you after your order has been placed, but please note, this is not the actual invoice. Invoice will be mailed to your Registered mail ID every month end.
File preparation
During the cutting process the stock can shift 1-2mm in any direction due to the pressure of the blade, stock characteristics, or any other external factors. A shift like this is normally unnoticeable however it can become noticeable if a border is included in the design or if your design elements are too close to the trim line.
For a pattern to be distinguishable we recommend that there be a 15 to 20 percent difference between the background and the pattern, anything less than this, the pattern might not be visible.
When two objects of different colours overlap, they knockout they will not print on top of each other. To intentionally print one layer of ink on top of another is to overprint. This can be useful to terminate gaps between touching colours, for instance if a black object is printed on top of a magenta object. If you are using this function use so with caution, incorrect use can produce unwanted results. Shree Maruthi Printers will not compensate for misuse of the "overprint" function
Yes you can, if one side of your card is horizontal and the other side is vertical you will need both submitted files either in a vertical manner or a horizontal manner. Please do not submit one side horizontally and one side vertically (the design itself can be horizontal or vertical but the orientation of the file should be the same). Shree Maruthi Printers does not have the fonts that you have used in your design. You have to curve all the texts / follow the video - How to convert .cdr to .pdf available in our YouTube channel / Video Tutorial.
For Solid Black C - 30%, M - 30%, Y - 30% and K - 100% is the colour ratio we recommend for Black patch / tint. For Black letter we recommend C - 0%, M - 0%, Y - 0% and K - 100%.
Please note that we do not recommend borders with in designs. QR codes are considered as design, and Shree Maruthi Printers will not be held responsible for codes that do not scan properly. Shree Maruthi Printers cannot compensate for QR readers and or software.
Production
Shree Maruthi Printers is a CMYK offset gang printing service. We do not match Pantone colours and recommend that all files be created in CMYK and not just converted as this is not accurate for colour matching. If you are trying to match a specific colour please use a physical CMYK book or chart to aid you in this effort (please allow for slight shifts as each stock absorbs colour differently and there are many external printing conditions that can shift colours slightly), we cannot guarantee 100% colour match.
There are two types of colour spaces that are used for graphics and print design:
CMYK: These are the colours used for printing. CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Key. The K in CMYK stands for key since in 4 colour printing Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow printing plates are carefully keyed or aligned with the key of the black key plate. Different percentages of each value are used to create many different colours.
RGB: (Red, Green, Blue) These are the colours your monitor uses to display everything. RGB has a larger colour range that can express colours that seem vibrant and bold on screen, however these colours often times cannot be translated into CMYK and it is more limited colour range. Because of this your design can look different from the screen view to the actual printed CMYK result. We cannot compensate for the RGB values you may be viewing through your screen.
If you send us RGB files they will automatically be convert them to CMYK. This will cause a colour shift. Colour shifts are usually not visible in colour photographs; however, rich and solid colours (like a background) can be affected by a colour conversion from RGB to CMYK. Most of the time, colour shifts are minor and may not be noticeable.
Gang-run printing describes a printing method in which multiple print projects are placed on a common paper sheet in an effort to reduce printing costs and paper waste. Gang runs are generally used with sheet-fed printing presses and CMYK process colour jobs, which require four separate plates that are loaded into the press. It is extremely economical, many print jobs share the same print run, which reduces manpower, plates, prep time, and press wash-up labor. It reduces waste, less paper goes unused. Unlike spot printing colour control is not as precise, please see 'Do you guarantee 100% colour match'. Gang printing restricts us to printing a minimum quantity and only quantities available are the ones listed on the website.
Shree Maruthi Printers is a CMYK offset printer, no Pantone PMS colours can be matched. All files should be created in CMYK. Files not created in CMYK will be automatically converted to CMYK (this is not the most accurate way to colour match).
4C+0 - Full colour front / Blank Backside; 4C+1C - Full colour front / Black ink only on the Backside; 4C+4C - Full colour front/ Full colour back.

If you want a horizontal card you must provide all files in a horizontal manner, if you want a vertical card you must provide all files in a vertical manner. The orientation of the files are to be so that if you take the front design the back design is the result if you flip the card from left to right.
Shree Maruthi Printers does not guarantee any deadlines. All listed turnaround times are estimates. Gang printing does not allow us to review the results of the product until the print is completed, in the rare case that there should be any issues with print quality, additional days may be needed to reprint. No rush services are available as Shree Maruthi Printers's printing systems are already optimised to be as quick as possible. Clients must allow enough time for estimated turnaround times to be completed plus any additional days needed for possible delays.
During the cutting process there is a 1-2mm margin of error (due to characteristics of the stock, pressure placed on the product when being cut, as well as outside factors that may affect the printing process such as weather, humidity etc.), Shree Maruthi Printers does not guarantee 100% center cuts. Please keep this in mind when creating your design.
As the jobs are printed in Gang Printing, there will be 30-40% of the colour variation when compared to the design. Ink feeding will be done optimally in Gang Run this may change the colour. If you need the exact colour, the job can be taken as an individual job as advised by you and the cost will differ from the price shown in our website. In such case you need to send us the colour proof. The designs that we see in the Computer Screens are in RGB and the job we print is in CMYK, there will also be a colour mismatch because of the difference of these colour standards and technologies. Colour results may differ from stock to stock as some stocks absorb ink more than others due to thickness, coating, texture etc. Colour results can shift using the same design when the design is printed at different times as weather and other external factors can affect the outcome. Colours printed on the front and back of the card may have a shift even if the same value is used as they are run at separate times.
Turnaround times are estimates, Shree Maruthi Printers does not guarantee deadlines, there is no rush service.
No. The minimum quantity is 500. You can order 500, 1000, 2000, etc. cards / jobs at once. If you wish to order 1500, then please order two times, one for 500 and the other for 1000 cards.
However, Shree Maruthi Printers frequently offers the minimum quantity 500 cards with some particular stocks.
It is always a challenge to guarantee 100% colour accuracy in the printing industry. Shree Maruthi Printers does not guarantee colour will match the preview on customer monitor, as we cannot compensate for the colour variance on each customer monitor set-up.
The designs that we see in the Computer Screens are in RGB and the job we print is in CMYK, there will also be a colour mismatch because of the difference of these colour standards and technologies.
Therefore, the printed colour will never perfectly match the on-screen colour. Colours vary from monitor to monitor, and different printers produce different colour results.
Our system will allow you to place multiple products in a single order. When you upload file in one product and Add it to Cart your product will be added to cart. Then repeat until all desired files are uploaded in various products and added to cart. Cart will display the numbers of product added to the cart. Clicking the cart will show all the products added to place the order.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and handling rates vary depending on the destination of the order, Products weight and quantity. There are two options for shipping, one is through courier and another one is through transport (to pay). Courier charges for a single visiting card (500/1000) within Tamil Nadu is Rs.30 and for other states Rs.60. For other products Courier charges will be show to you while placing the order. You can opt the shipping method which is cost effective before placing order.
Only Coimbatore customers can pick the orders from our head office. This facility is not available in other branches.
Professional Couriers. For North, Courier Company differs for the States.
For Transport - LR number will be sent through SMS to your registered mobile number. Courier tracking number can be received from Dispatch section through phone and it can be tracked in the Respective Courier Service Website.
Shipping can only be consolidated when orders are placed together in one checkout. Due to high volume of orders we process it is hard to keep track of two or three separate orders. If both orders are completed around the same time and it is possible we can ship them together, otherwise they will be shipped out upon completion.
Orders are shipped without any payment or pricing information. We guarantee that the package will be blind, that the packaging will not be branded, or that any advertising will be included. Shree Maruthi Printer's Customer can ship the orders directly to their customers.
Customer pays for the delivery, delivery charges are added during the checkout process. The shipping costs are Professional Courier's pricing and based on weight and Shree Maruthi Printers does not mark up. We have used other shipping companies before but are now using Professional Courier because it has been the best rate that we are able to receive. We are always looking for the best shipping price for our clients unfortunately the one drawback to online purchases is we cannot by pass the shipping fee. To compensate for shipping prices we offer the lowest pricing possible on our products.
After production is completed, we ship your order through Professional Courier: 2 business days. However, additional days may be required if your area is not serviced by Professional Courier.
Shree Maruthi Printers cannot guarantee that shipping address can be changed, however if your order has not yet been shipped you can contact us via our 'Online Customer Helpline' to request an address change. If the order has already been shipped there is no option for change of address.
You can track the item in the corresponding Courier service website.
There are instances in which delivery is not completed since the address is not correct or when the receiving party is continuously absent. If you have not received your product, check the delivery tracking. Please first contact Professional Courier for more information with your tracking number. For further assistance, please contact our customer helpline.
Cancellation & Changes
Due to the very swift nature of our business, we process orders as soon as we receive them. No cancellations or refunds are available on orders that have gone to CTP. Shree Maruthi Printers is not responsible for any duplicated orders that are placed on our web site due to the customer mistake.
Before Checkout / Payment: You can click the Bin icon near the product on your cart before checking out.
After Check out / Payment: Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed once they have been placed. Due to the very swift nature of our business, we process orders as soon as we receive them. No cancellations or refunds are available on orders that have gone to CTP. We are running a gang printing service, meaning we run many print jobs at once. Due to this process we cannot stop or make any changes during a print cycle. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope you understand our need to keep our costs at a minimum and our turnaround times fast.
